In this role I simplify complex problems into compelling design solutions, working strategically and systematically to create scalable communication opportunities at every level.

Responsible for the design and execution of a wide range of media, including: brand development and governance, interaction design and UI/UX, prototyping, user journeys, display advertising, digital processes, integrated marketing campaigns, and employer branding.

During my time at Phase 3 Marketing and Communications, I have built a robust web process that takes a client from signature through launch. This includes a tailored Discovery phase to accurately scope and price the desired website; the integration of applications and process to manage contentcreation/collection; and a truly integrated approach to design and development by utilizing tools to bridge the design-development gap.

I have also been integral in every stage of the website process through regular face-time with the client; be it presenting work, leading the Discovery phase, or guiding them through the Q/A process.

This overhaul has resulted in increased profit due to more accurate project scoping, as well as an average increase in price-per-project of $20-$50k – thereby resulting in an average website cost of $75-$125k.
